We Are Soulved!

Soulved is a nine-piece function band based around Cambridge. Our lineup includes guitar, bass, drums, keys and brass, coupled with a frontline
of three vocalists.
We play at functions, weddings, parties and other events, mainly in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk & Suffolk, although our gigs happen all over
the East Anglian region.
We’ve existed as a function band since 2009, but most of us have known each other for much longer than that, either through previous bands,
or through musical theatre, where all of us have been involved either on stage or in pit bands for many years.
The mix of music we play is very eclectic, covering genres including soul, funk, disco, pop, blues & jazz. With swing classics such as Fly
Me to the Moon and Moondance, soul and funk tunes originally recorded by artists like The Jacksons, James Brown, Stevie Wonder and Aretha
Franklin, together with more modern vibes covering hits by Maroon 5, Madness, Scissor Sisters & Amy Winehouse. Everything we play has our own
‘Soulved’ twist to it, but don’t worry, nothing is changed so much that you won’t recognise it.
